dh12: Check Continuity of Throttle Position Sensor Circuit
| Steps | _ Key Off, wait 10 seconds. Disconnect Throttle Position sensor harness
_ DVOM on 200 ohm scale _ Disconnect processor 60 pin connector. Inspect for damaged pins, corrosion, loose wires, etc. Service as necessary _ Connect breakout box. Processor connected to breakout box _ Measure resistance between Throttle Position Sensor SIGNAL at the vehicle harness connector and Test Pin 47 at the breakout box |
| Result | Is the resistance less than 5.0 ohms? |
| Direction | NO
Service open circuit. Reconnect harness to sensor. Remove breakout box and Rerun Quick Test YES GO to Continue |
