Steps | _Key Off, wait 10 seconds
_Disconnect processor 60 pin connector. Inspect for damaged pins, corrosion, loose wires, etc. Service as necessary _Install breakout box and reconnect processor _VOM or STAR LED still connected to STO as in previous step _Connect a DVOM from Test Pin 47 to Test Pin 46 _DVOM on 20 volt scale _Key On, Engine Off _While observing DVOM, repeat Step DH90 |

Direction | YES
Disconnect and inspect connectors. If connector and terminals are good, replace TP sensor. Refer to Shop Manual Group 24. Clear Continuous Memory Code 53. Refer to Appendix in Section 16. Rerun Quick Test. NO Throttle Position Sensor overtravel may have caused the Continuous Memory Code 53. Verify harness integrity, GO to DH92 |
