_Disconnect 60 pin connector. Inspect for damaged pins, corrosion, loose wires, etc. Service as necessary. _Breakout box installed _Processor connected _Key On, engine Off _DVOM on 20 volt scale Measure voltage between Test Pin 37 at the breakout box and Signal Return in Self-Test connector. |
